My response to Paul Gonella
Analysing my response to Paul Gonella - I enjoyed researching Paul's work as it was a very interesting topic. I believe Paul Gonella pictures use a lot of shapes and coloures. I attempted to also follow in the footstep of Paul Gonella by trying to make sure all the pictures I took included, interesting camera angles that enabled me to explore more shapes.
Capturing the moment
Capturing the moment is in the category of street photography and, is used to capture different moment during the day or night. This picture have to capture special moments of mixed emotions. They mostly include families and crowds.
My response to capturing the moment.
Abstract photography
Photography doesn't need to always tell a story. Abstract photography is all about capturing shapes in different angles, such as buildings. Submitted photographs should capture their subject in innovative ways as to allow the viewer of the work room to interpret the photograph in their own individual way. Here is some examples of Abstract photography

My response and how I edit my pictures.
THE RESULT!!
My favourite edited picture and why
I like this picture due to it's exposure of cold colour. I did this to create effect on the background picture I placed, I used the curved tool to adjust the picture to express a dark emotion but with a little bit of exposure. I hope you like the picture.
Resolving my ideas work....
Developing Ghosting
During the exam, I came up with how to develop my ideas using different techniques on Photoshop, and I'm going to guide you through how I did it.
I first selected two pictures, I wanted to merge together to use for ghosting effect.
Afterwards, I then made the picture black and white because, it created a ghosting effect to use. The contrast of the picture was also increased, to reveal even the smallest bit of detail in the picture
My final edit.
I managed to do my final edit by, merging the two pictures I had over each other. In addition to this, I then used the opacity tool to create the effect of ghosting by, making both pictures visible but one more visible than the other due to the addition of the contrast I used.
EDITS USING SAME TECHNIQUE.
my FAVIOURITE PICTURE AND WHY
This was my favourite picture because, it explored all concepts of the 'Ghosting' genre. I did this by using an action shot I had taken, of a girl running. Due to action shot I was able to convey the effects of a ghost shot, because you are to see her hair waving behind her, this suggest its in a ghost format. I also like this picture because of the shapes created the squares making it an interesting photo.
Pictures view shot and building.
My genre is view shot and building because its an interesting subject, not only this but it gave me a lot of opportunity to capitalise my skills to take such photographs. I'm going to be taking you row by row of my certain picture and how convey messages or interests.
who I was inspired by and why
To take these picture, I was inspired by Moholy Nagy. A photographer who concentrates on view point and present his work in a very sophisticated manner.
I'm going to edit some of my pictures to create interest
I'm going to use the section tool to, select certain areas of my photo that I want to edit. This will allow me to show you how, I edited my photo before and after.....
I select the levels tool to affect the selected are I've chose and have a look at which level looks best with it.
final edits. on a slideshow !!!
Resolving/concluding my project - My 3 best Images.
This was one of my favourite pictures, I edited because it showed a wide range of Photoshop skills. First I had to use the Magnetic Lasso tool, to individually select my character in the picture. I then selected around the whole photo, to use the curves tool to change her setting around her. I did this because it made the picture interesting and more sophisticated.
This was my second best picture, because its attractive with the colours around. I increased the contrast to make it more outstanding, this then exposed the individual colours. This photo was take in town.
My final best picture. I simply liked it because it explores the difference between the sky with the cloud and the man made building with the cctv camera.
some pictures I took for fun.
The pictures I'm about to show are pictures that, I thought let me express my self and use my knowledge to find interesting objects and building or maybe even cars.
