I really like this picture as Stefan has caught my eye out because you have to focus on the picture to understand his model story meaning we have looked at the picture for a long time with the paint on the girl mixture of hot and cold colours

favourite picture
I like this picture because it goes with the title that is shown in the background. This shows my identity as its showing that money is my mission meaning I strive for accuracy and telling the story of me.
image & text
Image & text is an amazing profit in photography as it can express a picture emotions and feeling. I got set a task of going home and taking pictures during the holiday using image & text by doing this I am able to describe the picture in so many different ways possible.

my FAVORITE picture and why!!
The reason I really like this picture is because its describing bullying as the words that are negative are taking up most of the space this show that people who are victims of bullying that they're life's are miserable and unpleasant plus in most cases end up taking their own life. Whereas to the other side of the model there is a word of advice, which is pushing the model towards the negative words which represent bullies. This is a sign of that victims of bullying should fight back by approaching the situation in a respectable manor, this is why I embrace this picture because it tell a story.
Text
My text unit is a mixture of using text on humans hand as this method allows me to express feeling through my hands. Without using facial expression this a profit as some people may not want to be identify so they let the text do the descriptive part in their photography.
This is my favorite picture as it states a quote which can be used in everyday life. The quote is set on a black arm this is crucial as I feel the racial abuse I have experienced has inspired me to use this quote.
My project
My independent project is going to be a mixture of image and text picture and also Hobbies and interest the reason I picked these two categories in photography is because I believe that I was strong in my Image and text project not only did this support my ideas but I also looked at feed back from parents, teachers and fellow students. Hobbies and interest I chose this because I have a lot of hobbies and interest that I believe people don't really know about me so I would like to express to people throughout my pictures. Thank you for viewing my website and be prepared t be wowed by my amazing pictures I'm going to be working on!!
My hobbies and interest is going to be a mixture of people emotion throughout sport. ( Rapping, football, boxing listening to music)

Richard Billingham
Richard Billingham was born in Birmingham on September 25 1970. Richard is an astonishing photographer and artist who built his reputation from his photo-book called Ray's A Laugh which exposed the lifestyle of his parents. This was a crucial to his career as Ray documents the life of his alcoholic father Ray, and obese, heavily tattooed mother, Liz. Ray grew up in poverty and deprivation this explain why the photo documentary was full of dark brash colours and bad focus as Ray used the cheapest film he could find.
After his book made a name for itself in the world of photography Ray began being more famous as his pictures told a story which inspired people to observe different lifestyles. In 1997 Ray got nominated for the young British artist of the year but instead he went home with the tittle of Citigroup photography prize and the Royal Academy of art awards.

ANALYSIS OF MY PICTURES
I adore this picture as it describes how I see my friends. Not only do I see them as friends I see the as older brother younger brother and consider them to be family. The technique I used in this picture is Text and image that I studied this because it shows the thought throughout a picture if it is not able to been seen in the photo. What makes this picture special is the fact that how all us are doing different facial expression and gestures showing our differences which makes us unique and binds us together as friends and family.
This picture is another amazing example of the technique known as Text and Image, not only does this image capture the most vital involvement in football but it shows emotion that I feel needs to be improved in the game of football. Not only is football a sport but it brings different back grounds together but, often people do not accept different culters and this is the negativity in football I know this as I've experienced this in football. Feeling not accepted by people isn't the best feeling protesting against that in pictures shall take football to a different level than it is at now
Developing/refining my ideas -My photo booth
I think this picture is good because of the focus it has. I used my skills that I gained about Photoshop to focus on me and the camera this shows my facial expression and allows the audience to know that I am working. By putting up the contrast and brightness of myself and the camera it has made me visible and easy to spot than my surroundings. I put the background to a white and black set up as it put the focus down a bit more u also catch a glimpse of my fellow student showing I was working in a sustainable enviroment
!Final piece of the shoot!
I have chosen this to be my favourite edited piece because its a very unique and eye catching, piece that has required my photography editing skills.I have made sections between the pictures and cut them off to different sections in order to show that, there shall be different culters and backgrounds. This has linked to why I have included the words 'Diversity' and 'Race' cause it links to the culters and differences that is to be experienced in this world. I have also made sure the picture is interesting by shouting down the phone to convey the message of that there shall be corruption and not everyone shall get along. This is why I believe this is a really interesting photo that I strongly agree that this picture is worthy to be my final photoshoot picture.

Final pieces in RESPONSE to John Rankin
I've decided to do my final piece in response to John Rankin as his pictures are very interesting and mainly capture moments and convey people in a certain way. This makes me interested due to his confidence and amazing photographs.

Refining my work using Rankin
My favourite picture in this sequence that's leading up to my final pieceand why !
Reason I like this picture, is because it massively shows a comparison to John Rankin's portrait photos. Rankin uses pictures that show emotion and feelings and I feel this picture does the same as it shows two different characters. For example one of them is really happy and shows a silly side, whereas the other is more or less looking very serious and is looking in certain direction this shows he's attention is caught somewhere else. This is why I believe this is my one of my favorite picture in the build up to my final piece and I'm going to do three different types of edits with this photo.
Three types of edits.

!My response!
This photoshoot was more about having the modal do as they please to express any emotions happiness anger sadness and joy. I did this specifically as Rankin did a lot of this in his work as well having instructed shoots. I believe these pictures are more effective as they just show who an individual is and how someone may feel and this conveys a story throughout the picture.

My response to these type of pictures
My best picture and why.....
This is my best picture due to the reason of how I feel it engages the audience massively as the model is pointing directly into the camera. This also effective as we a serious side and the background shows a shadow that looms over the character. This makes the picture interesting and stand out to the viewers.
